The key to a safe work environment is safe people and safe equipment. The responsibility remains with each individual to ensure the safety of themselves and their colleagues. The Directors, Managers and Supervisors at FINCOR will ensure that the FINCOR team has the relevant training and competency required to perform their duties in a safe manner. We are continually striving to increase safety and are committed to improving individual awareness by providing training to personnel, implementing procedures and analyzing the information gathered on each project from scheduled audits.

Our safety plan is derived from key activities that are conducted within the workplace environment which include:
